Commercial Mortgage Department is responsible for investing
assets of The Ameritas Companies in commercial real estate
transactions.
AIA’s Commercial Mortgage Department invests in
commercial mortgage loans and real estate nationwide exclusively
through a correspondent network. AIA finances income-producing
properties located in 37 states and currently maintains
a loan portfolio of over $520 million. Experience combined
with focused investment targets gives AIA the ability to
provide a quick response. AIA has the ability to offer long
term, fixed rate mortgages, early rate lock at application,
and no reserves for taxes and insurance. The Commercial
Mortgage Department has a veteran staff utilizing a streamlined
closing process.
