Trey brings 16 years of experience to The Expert Companies in strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, capital fund raising, business development, franchising and financial operations management.

After earning an MBA from Southern Methodist University with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance, Trey went on to build a diverse background in franchising, energy, banking, travel and entertainment industries. Within these industries, he held executive roles in a variety of companies. His responsibilities included acquiring, developing, structuring, financing, operating, and divesting of publicly and privately held companies and/or their assets, including:

Trey currently oversees strategic partnerships, capital and deal structure, deal sourcing, and growth strategies for The Expert Companies. As president of Expert Capital & Development, he focuses on the growth of Expert Companies in real estate developments. Trey achieves this through partnerships and capital structuring, while utilizing the talents and experience of his Expert principal partners. Trey's expertise and experience in creative debt and equity structuring, along with his rolodex of quality relationships, have been the foundation for Expert Capital's development opportunities.

Trey draws on an extensive network of contacts and resources to source, acquire, finance, manage and sell development projects. His ability to formulate partnerships and deliver solutions has helped him develop long-lasting, mutually-profitable relationships.

• Achieving considerably higher-than-market annual ROI to investors of IHOP real estate projects in Wisconsin and Ohio.
• Identified, acquired, marketed and disposed of properties in Oklahoma City, OK, Achieving over 200% value to the investor group.
• Through a re-tenant opportunity, achieved a 25% return for investors of a former Wal-mart building in Albuquerque, NM.
