Expert partnered with Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate in a value-added project on a former Wal-mart building. Expert and Henzlik negotiated a lease termination with Wal-mart and negotiated lease extensions with existing tenants. These changes led to credit enhancements that improved the property’s market value and provided a solid return to both investors and developers.
