Through a sister company, Surplus Real Estate, Expert Capital learned of a former convenience store site with great potential in Oklahoma City. With some creative deal structuring, Expert Capital packaged the vacant site with a nearby parcel of undeveloped land, resulting in a better purchase price for both properties.

With the assistance of Surplus Real Estate, Expert Capital identified a buyer for the c-store and sold the property within two weeks. By utilizing Expert’s extensive marketing channels of national and regional retailers, Expert Capital identified an attractive buyer – CVS Pharmacy – for the remaining undeveloped land and expects to earn a very generous return of 100%+ for its investors.
