Program
This site is designed as a retail development anchored by a collection of mid-size retailers in an open-air center and is enhanced with a cluster of complimentary restaurants. The property will provide an assortment of smaller retail uses on freestanding pads sites and in small multi-tenant centers.

The majority of the site has high visibility and tremendous access from Highway 169 and both major arteries. The cluster of sit-down restaurants will surround a public fountain, courtyards and gardens. The development will encourage the public to actively mingle at multiple stores and restaurants on each visit. The architectural style is in the process of being selected.
