The Rockwell Crossing I site is being
developed with both retail, service and office buildings.
The existing 30,000 square foot multi-tenant retail center
is currently receiving an extensive remodel including a
new façade, roof and infrastructure in addition to
MEP upgrades.
The 10 vacant acres adjacent (Rockwell
Crossing II) are being developed with a mix of retail
pad sites along the 122nd Street and Rockwell frontage and
garden style office on the interior of the site surrounding
a dramatic water feature. The architectural style will be
consistent throughout the site with variations of high-end
Spanish motifs.
