In this build-to-suit project, Expert financed, built and pre-sold an IHOP store, returning outstanding annual returns to investors. Through leveraged financing negotiated by Expert Capital, the restaurant was built for one of IHOP’s top franchisees. It is now one of the top producing stores for the nationwide restaurant chain.
